Items shipped from Creatrill can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS RECEIVED MORE THAN 15 DAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
RETURN PROCESS
1.Clearly notify us which items you would like to return, the reason for returning them, whether you would like an exchange or a refund and the picture of damaged products.
2.We will send you a return shipping label, shipping address and instructions on how to return your merchandise.
3.Stick the shipping label on the package. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. You may make your own arrangements to return items via USPS standard shipping. Send the tracking code to us.
4.Once we received the parcel and the returned items are intact (returned items are unused and on their original packaging). Then we will a full refund for you. If the item is opened or used, the order subject to a 15% restocking fee.
