Return & Refund
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at info@creatrill.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund after more than 21 working days, please contact us.
Shipping Info
Currently we are able to ship to addresses in the USA. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping methods. You will receive the product(s) in 6-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $30. For order less than $30, an additional $3 fee will be charged.
